1. Kik igényelhetnek támogatást az ET Programban?
A HKE ETSZ tagjai, akik vállalják a Programban való részvétel feltételeit, megismerték a leírást és elfogadják a szerződést. Mindenki függetlenül attól, hogy magyarországi-e vagy sem.
Who may apply for the tenders of PB Program?
All, who are members of HKE ETSZ, agree with the contents of description and agreement points. All, whether they are Hungarian or foreign residents.

3. Hogyan válik érvényessé a program-szerződés?
A Programba történő kérelem beadása és annak elfogadása útján lépéletbe a szerződés. Ez történhet írásban és történhet élő szóban. Utóbbi esetben ennek konkrét dátuma a szóbéli megállapodást követően igénybe vette első támogatott szolgáltatás dátum napja. A szerződés-formula azért van kifüggesztve, hogy ezt mindenki láthassa és követni tudja a feladatait és az előnyeit a tagságának. A szerződés szövege elnökségi határozattal módosulhat, amely a tagsággal előzetesen megvitatásra
kerül. Az így jóváhagyott szöveg kerül kifüggesztésre. A változásokra minden tagot ímélben (körímél) értesítünk.
How does the program agreement become valid?
The contract comes into force by submitting an application to the Program and accepting it by HKE ETSZ. This can be done in writing or it can be done in real life. In the latter case, the specific date of this is the date of the first supported service used after the verbal agreement. The contract form is posted so that everyone can see it and follow the tasks and benefits of their membership. The text of the contract may be amended by a decision of the Board, which will be discussed with the membership in advance. The text thus approved will be posted. All members will be notified of the changes by email (circle email).
4. Hogyan léphetek be a Programba?
Az ET Programba történő belépés előfeltétele a HKE ETSZ tagsága. Ha tag vagy akkor kérheted a felvételedet.

5. Hogyan léphetek ki a Programból?
Az ET Programból történő kilépés, ahogyan a belépés is kérelem útján történik.
Ennek két formája van:
a. Az együttműködési periódus lezárása előtt
(melynek két változata van:
a./A: Kizárás
A HKE ETSZ zárja ki a résztvevőt a Programból. Ekkor a felek elszámolnak, meghatározzák a teljesítményeket és a követeléseket. Ezeket összegszerűsítik és a HKE ETSZ határozatot hoz az elszámolás módjáról és mértékéről.
a./B: Kilépés
Az önkényes kilépés az Egyesületünkből, automatikusan az ET Program szerződésének felmondását is jelenti. Ekkor a felek elszámolnak, meghatározzák a teljesítményeket és a követeléseket. Ezeket összegszerűsítik és a HKE ETSZ határozatot hoz az elszámolás módjáról és mértékéről.)
b. Az együttműködési periódus lezárultával, annak meg nem újítása esetén
Ekkor a felek elszámolnak, meghatározzák a teljesítményeket és a követeléseket. Ezeket összegszerűsítik és a HKE ETSZ határozatot hoz az elszámolás módjáról és mértékéről.
How can I leave the Program?
Withdrawal from the BP Program is done by means of an application.
There are two forms of this:
a. Premature;
(There are two subversions of this:
a /A) the HKE ETSZ is excluded from the Program.
At this point, the parties settle accounts and determine the performances and claims. These are summed up and the ETSZ makes a decision on the method and extent of the settlement.
a /B) with an arbitrary withdrawal from our Association,
which automatically means the termination of the contract of the BP Program. At this point, the parties settle accounts and determine the performances and claims. These are summed up and the ETSZ makes a decision on the method and extent of the settlement.
b. At the end of the cooperation period
In case of non-renewal. At this point, the parties settle accounts and determine the performances and claims. These are summed up and the ETSZ makes a decision on the method and extent of thesettlement.
6. Mit tegyek akkor, hogy önhibámon kívül a megadott időpontig nem tudok eleget tenni a vállalt feladataimnak a Programban?
Ha önhibádon kívül bajba kerülsz, vagy kutyáid a program keretében kérhetsz segítséget, illetve kérheted a kötelezően vállalt teljesítéseid időbeni halasztását. Összesen egy alkalommal kérhetsz ilyet.
What should I do if I am unable to fulfil my tasks in the Program by the specified date, through no fault of my own?
If you get into trouble through no fault of your own, or your dogs you may ask for help within the framework of the program, or you can ask for the postponement of your mandatory performances. You can request this only once.
7. Miért van bank alapkamattal megterhelve az összeg amit vissza kell fizetnem kell a Programnak, ha egyoldalúan felbontom a szerződésem?
A polgárjogi szerződésekben az általános megközelítés az, hogy idő előtti felmondás esetén az elszámolandó szolgáltatások összegszerű alapját a felmondáskori banki alapkamattal terhelik meg.
Why is the amount I have to pay back to the Program charged with daily bank base interest if I unilaterally terminate my contract?
In civil law contracts, the general approach is that in the event of early termination, the monetary basis of the services to be accounted for is charged with the daily bank base rate at the time of termination.
8. Ha a kutyám nem felel meg a tenyészszemlén, vagy a csípőszűrése nem lesz megfelelő a tenyésztésbe vételhez, akkor az a szabály, hogy kivonásra kerül a tenyésztésből. Ez mit jelent pontosan?
Ha a kutyád a tenyésztésbe vétel feltételeinek nem felel meg, akkor a törzskönyvi nyilvántartásban őt a melléktörzskönyv N-jelű részébe átvezetjük. A korábbi származási dokumentumát bevonjuk és részére az új törzskönyvi elhelyezésének megfelelően egy N-jelű regisztrációs lapot állítunk ki. A kuvasz államilag jóváhagyott Tenyésztési Programja szerint a tenyésztésből kivonásnak két fokozata van:
a. Kivonás;
(Ez nem feltétlenül végleges. Amennyiben a kizárást indokló körülmények változnak,lehet kérni a kutya átsorolását.)
b. Végleges kivonás
(Ez végleges státusz. A kutya ivartalanítását vállalja erre az esetre vonatkozóan mindenki, aki az ET Programban, illetve általában a HKE ETSZ-ben tenyészt, tart. Másik tenyésztőszervezetek hasonló dokumentumában ugyanilyen módon szerepel ugyanez a feltétel. Náluk is ez a helyzet.)
If my dog does not pass the breeding inspection or his hip screening will not be suitable for breeding, the rule is that he will be withdrawn from breeding. What does this mean exactly?
If your dog does not meet the conditions for breeding, we will transfer him to the N (meaning non-breedable) part of the secondary stud book in the pedigree register. Your previous document of origin will be withdrawn and a registration form marked "N" will be issued to you in accordance with the new pedigree placement. According to the state-approved Kuvasz Breeding Statutes, there are two stages of withdrawal from breeding:
a. Subtraction;
(This is not necessarily definitive. If the circumstances justifying the exclusion change, you can request the dog to be reclassified.)
b. Permanent withdrawal.
(This is a definitive status. Everyone who breeds and keeps in the BP Program and in the HKE ETSZ in general undertakes to neuter the dog in this case. In a similar document from other Hungarian breeders' associations, the same condition is stated in the same way. This is the case with them as well.)
9. Mit jelent az, hogy passziválás a Programban?
Amikor valaki vétséget követ el és a szervezeten belül eljárásban az EJB úgy dönt, akkor passziváljuk az illetőt. A passziválás szótári értelmét kell figyelembe venni. A passziválás ideje alatt a felelősségeket és a feladatokat teljesíteni kell, de nem kérhető támogatás semmilyen formában. A passziválás-ról határozatot küldünk az érintetteknek, amelyben benen van, hogy mik a feloldás feltételei.
What does passivation from the Program mean?
When someone commits a misdemeanour and the EJB (Ethics and Law Committee) decides in a procedure within our organization, we make the person passive from BP Program. The dictionary meaning of passivation must be taken into account. During the period of passivation period, responsibilities and tasks must be fulfilled, but support cannot be requested in any form. We will send a decision on passivation to those concerned, which includes the conditions of the release.
