2020 januárjától a Hunnia Kuvasz Egyesület elhelyezési programot indít kezdő és gyakorlott, a fajtát kedvelő és szerető érdeklődők részére. Támogatott programunk keretében kerülhet kapcsolatba tenyésztőinkkel és kaphatja meg az önnek legmegfelelőbb új családtagját, munkatársát, azt a kuvasz kölyköt, aki hosszú éveken keresztül az Ön házának dísze, családjának őre lesz. Ezzel egyidőben Ön felelős állampolgárként egyben a fajta megmaradását, genetikai sokszínűségének növekedését is segíti. Tenyésztőink, szakembereink mindvégig Önök mellett állnak majd. Közösségi programjainkon a HKE ETSZ szervezetileg is csoportos és egyéni mentorálással áll az Önök, illetve családjuk rendelkezésére. Önöknek biztosított ingyenes kiadványainkból tájékozódhatnak a fajtát érintő kérdésekben. Nagyrabecsüléssel fogadjuk szándékát, ha szerepet kíván vállalni a Hunnia Kuvasz Egyesület ETSZ (HKE ETSZ) kezdeményezésében. A kuvasz az egyik legősibb kutyafajtánk, amely évezredes örökséget hordoz. Mára egyedszáma kritikusan lecsökkent, az éves szaporulat nem biztosítja az állomány minőségi megmaradását és ami főbb, kultúrája szinte teljesen eltűnt. Alkalmazási területei minimálisra szűkültek.Történelmileg a fajta egy szilárd jellemű, egészséges, hatékonyan tartható, impozáns és nemességet sugárzó, az ember társaként számos felhasználási területen kimagaslóan hatékony teljesítményt nyújtani képes nemzeti kincsünk. A HKE ETSZ ET Programja azért jött létre, hogy célul tűzze ki a kuvasz egyedszámának mennyiségi növelését, a populáció minőségi javítását, a hungarikum kutyafajta biodiverzitásának, azaz
genetikai sokszínűségének helyreállításában való részvételt, hogy fejlessze és újraértelmezett társadalmi teret biztosítson, továbbá teljes értékű társadalmi elfogadottságot alakítson ki a fajta számára. Ebben csakis összefogással, közös akarattal lehetséges célt elérni. A HKE ETSZ ET Programját olyan, a kuvasz tartására,alkalmazására vállalkozó személyek bevonásával működteti, akik mindamellett, hogy szívesen élnek, dolgoznak együtt a kuvasszal, fontosnak tartják, hogy a fajta megőrzéséhez és fejlődéséhez hozzájáruljanak. Éppen ezért a HKE ETSZ ET Programja mindenkire számít, minden tenni akaró számára elérhető. Családokra, kertes és családi házas környezetben élőkre, kkv-k érdekeltségeire, az agráriumban tevékenykedő őstermelőkre, gazdákra, a tanyavilágban élőkre, aktív hagyományőrzésben érdekeltekre, stb.
egyaránt gondoltunk. A Hunnia Kuvasz Egyesület ETSZ szakmai vezetése ennek érdekében dolgozta ki az ET Programot, amelyhez széles társadalmi támogatást kapott, mind a hazai civil élet vezető szereplőitől, mind egyéb más állami és privát támogatói fórumoktól.
Két alapvető módon, egymással párhuzamosan történik a Program megvalósítása:
- Az elérhető állomány megismerése és mozgósítása.
- A születendő kölykök elhelyezése.
Mindkettő társadalmi felelősségvállalási program keretében zajlik az ezekre a programokra általában jellemző szakmai és anyagi támogatásokkal.Csatlakozni az egyesület tagság megszerzésével és a programban való részvételi szándékot kifejező nyilatkozat írásbeli megtételével lehetséges:
- tenyésztőként;
- kuvasztartóként;
- segítő családtagként vagy munkatársként;
- szakmai partnerként.
A HKE ETSZ ET Programja szervezeten belüli, a szervezetünk működési alapját adó program, ezért a részvétel minden formája HKE ETSZ egyesületi tagsághoz kötött! A tagsági formákkal kapcsolatban részletes tájékoztatót talál a szervezetünk honlapján: https://hunniakuvasz.hu Innen a Letöltések menüpontban elérheti a Belépési nyilatkozat c. dokumentumot, amely kitöltése és visszaküldése, az éves tagdíj (5.000.-/év/pártoló tagság és 6.000.-/év/rendes tagság.) megfizetése és meglévő kutya esetében a dokumentációk megküldése és ezek elfogadása által válik érvényessé. Olvassa el a honlapon található tájékoztatókat! Felhívjuk továbbá szíves figyelmét, hogy a HKE ETSZ alapszabályát, illetve Szervezeti és Működési Szabályzatát ugyanitt, a Letöltések menüpontban olvashatja!
Tenyésztők számára bejegyzett kennelnévvel, vagy az erre irányuló szándéknyilatkozattal, a tevékenység célját maximáltan 300 szóban leíró, rövid pályázati leírással szükséges. A kennel adatait közölni, jogosultságot igazolni kell. HKE ETSZ rendes tagság szükséges. Tenyésztők számára az erkölcsi megbecsülésen kívül csak ennek a programnak a keretében elérhető támogatásokhoz juthat. A HKE Tenyésztési Tervét belépésével elfogadja, ezen belül az ET Programba való belépéssel ezzel párhuzamosan szükséges működnie. A Tenyésztésvezetővel és megbízottjaival, kijelölt mentoraival kapcsolatot tart. Tőle és felkért szakembereinktől mentorálást, segítséget kap. Oktatásokat, szakmai napokat szervezünk, amelyeken elsajátíthatja a sikeres tenyésztéshez szükséges ismereteket. Kiadványokkal segítjük munkáját. Jogi kérdésekben ingyenesen adunk tanácsot, alapvető dokumentum formuláinkat használhatja és biztosítjuk érdekképviseletét. Minden tenyésztőtagunk automatikusan tagja a HKE ETSZ Tenyésztési Tanácsának. Támogatni szeretnénk a tenyésztővé válást és minőségi tenyészállományok további megalapítását, a korábban működésüket megkezdett kennelek megerősítése mellett párhuzamosan. A kuvasz tartására vállalkozók, vagy kuvasztartók részére a HKE ETSZ pártoló vagy rendes tagsága ajánlott.
Kuvasztartóként meglévő regisztrált, vagy akár regisztrálatlan kutyájával csatlakozhat. Maximáltan 300 szóban kell írásban, esetenként szóbeli meghallgatáson eljuttatnia hozzánk pályázatát, amelyben bemutatja a kutyát és saját motivációját a részvételhez. Szívesen veszünk képeket, videót a kuvaszról. A HKE ETSZ származási lapos és anélküli kuvasszal rendelkezőket egyaránt fogad. Illetve érvényesnek fogadjuk el korábbi államilag elismert tenyésztő szervezetek által kiállított, a származást igazoló teljes dokumentációt. (pl: Hungária Kuvasz Klub származási lapok) Amennyiben még nincs kuvasza, de szeretne bekapcsolódni, akkor abban tudunk segíteni, hogy a HKE ETSZ tenyésztőtagjai részére elérhetővé tesszük bemutatkozó, motivációs levelét és a náluk megszületett kölyköket Ön is elérheti. A részleteket velük egyezteti, a szervezetünk pedig közvetítéssel segít. Friss kuvaszosként, a HKE ETSZ ET Program tagjaként az Önhöz került minőségében garantált kiskutyához ingyenesen biztosítunk kiadványainkból elérést, amelyek tájékoztatják a fajtát érintő kérdésekben. A minőségi garanciát elsősorban a kutya tenyésztője adja az általa tenyésztett kölyökre. A Hunnia Kuvasz Egyesület ETSZ tenyésztői egységesen vallják magukénak azokat az erkölcsi és tenyésztésszakmai alapelveket (ld: Fegyelmi és Etikai Szabályzat és Etikai Kódex), amelyeket az Egyesület képvisel. A HKE ETSZ minőségbiztosítást a program tartalmaira és a teljesítésekre vállal. Az új kuvasztulajdonosok elsődleges mentorai a kutya tenyésztője (és/vagy a tenyésztőszervezet által kijelölt mentor) és a HKE ETSZ Tenyésztésvezetője lesznek. Folyamatosan megújulóan segítséget kap a kuvasz tartásában, élelmezésében és állatorvosi ellátási kérdésekben. Ezen támogatások köre folyamatosan bővül. Tájékoztatást tagjaink legalább havonta egy alkalommal kapnak hírlevél formájában. Közösségi programjainkon (családi napok és szakmai versenyek, közgyűlés, oktatások és képzések, stb) vehet részt, élhet meg aktív perceket kuvaszával, illetve más kuvaszosokkal közösen. Támogatást kap egészséges életmódjához, de nem csak Ön, hanem családja és állatorvosa is! Ha bármiben segíthetünk, forduljon Titkárságunkhoz bizalommal: iroda@hunniakuvasz.org email címen.
Segítő családtagként pártoló tagunk lehet és megkaphatja azokat a kedvezményeket, amelyeket a https://hunniakuvasz.hu honlapon a pártoló tagsághoz kapcsoltan olvashat. Fontos megbecsülni a segítők munkáját, miután nélkülük minőségi kuvasztartás és tenyésztés sem létezhetne.
Intézményi támogatónk is lehet. Az un. CSR, azaz társadalmi felelősségvállalási programokban kiemelten fontos, hogy az önkéntes tevékenységet hosszú távon a társadalom számára, mint értéket képviselő és értéket mentő tevékenységet folytatni lehessen. A szükséges anyagi háttérbázis biztosítása a civil szféra irányában, esetünkben a kuvasz hungarikum kutyafajta megtartásához, kultúrájának helyreállításához a legnemesebb célok egyike. Támogatói szándékával kérjük, külön keresse a Titkárságot. iroda@hunniakuvasz.org A 2020.01.01-én elindult programunk 2025.10.01-től lehetőséget ad külföldi partnerek belépésére is a rendszerbe. A külföldi képviseleti programunk a kuvasz külhoni feltérképezését és a törzskönyvbe történő felvételét célozza. Ennek oka az, hogy a világ számos pontján vesznek regisztrációba állományokat kuvasz elnevezéssel, de ezek egyike sem ellenőrzött, általában a minőségük alacsony, a kuvasz kutyafajta minőségbiztosítási rendszerében nehezen, vagy nem megfelelő tulajdonságokat hordozó és örökítő egyedekből áll. A kuvasz, magyar ebfajta elsődleges érdeke a tenyésztés nemzetközi megszervezése és ennek érdekében a szükséges szerkezeti, szervezeti működési és financiális feltételek megteremtése. A HKE ETSZ elnöksége 2025.01.03-án határozott arról, hogy átalakítja az ET Programot, kibővíti annak érdekében, hogy ezeket a célokat is ki tudja szolgálni. Az ET Program leírása angol nyelven is elérhető kell legyen legkésőbb 2026. januártól. Az idegennyelvű leírás és egyéb háttéranyagok az elnökségi jóváhagyást követően válnak hatályossá, érvényessé. A HKE ETSZ tevékenysége a magyar állam szabályozott módon, az ország határain belül mindenkire (nem csak a tagságra, de a kuvasz fajtát tartók és tenyésztőkre egyaránt) kötelezően érvényes az AM által részünkre jóváhagyott Tenyésztési Program alapján. Nemzetközi tevékenységben szereplők: HUKOSZ- Magyar Ebfajták Szövetsége Bírói Testülete, támogatási programja, külképviseleti rendszere, kommunikációs és PR tevékenysége. + Partnerei, szerződéses munkatársai. A HKE ETSZ ET Elhelyezési és Tenyésztői Programjában való részvétel feltételei kölyök igénylése, vagy már meglévő kuvasz bejelentése esetén:
1. Kölyökigényléshez (általános):
•HKE ETSZ tagság (alapító, pártoló, vagy rendes)
•Magyar állampolgárság
•Magyarországi bejelentett lakcím, amely a kuvasz tartási helye is lenne.
•Hagyományőrző, néprajz, művészeti képzettség, kutyás tapasztalat előny.
•Pályázat beadása. 300-1000 karakter, azaz max. 1 A/4-es oldal. Bemutatkozással, a programból
kapott kuvasz szerepe az Ön életében, nyilatkozat arról, hogy elfogadja a Hunnia Kuvasz Egyesület ETSZ törekvéseit és együttműködik az ET Program direktíváival, elvárásaival. Nemzetközi kölyökigénylés esetén az adott ország HUKOSZ-MESZ partner-képviselet, működő telephely, megbízott képviselőjénnek támogatásával adható be.
2. Tenyésztőként:
•HKE ETSZ tagság (alapító, pártoló, vagy rendes)
•Magyar állampolgárság
•Magyarországi bejelentett lakcím, amely a kuvasz tartási helye is lenne.
•Érvényes kennelnév. Ezt igazolni kell.
•A kennelben élő kuvaszok származási igazolásait kétoldalasan fotózva, vagy szkennelt változatban mellékelni kell.
•Motivációs pályázati levél, melynek tartalmaznia kell a kennel múltját, a tenyésztő tenyészcélját,elképzeléseit a fajtával kapcsolatban, tervezett párosításokat (legalább 1 tervezett párosítást) indoklással. Előnyt jelent, ha a tenyésztő megírja elvárásait és igényeit, számára szükséges de hiányzó eszközök, források, stb listáját, valamint azt, hogy mely kuvaszait, mely és mikor születő almokat kívánja felajánlani az ET Programhoz. A levél max. 1 A/4-es oldal terjedelmű, de nem rövidebb 300 karakternél.
•Amennyiben a kennek céges formában működik, akkor a cégbejegyzés adatait, és a banki adatokat is meg kell adni Nemzetközi kölyökigénylés esetén az adott ország HUKOSZ-MESZ partner-képviselet, működő telephely, megbízott képviselőjénnek támogatásával adható be.
3. Segítőként (családtag, alkalmazott, házi állatorvos, tudományos szakértő, tanácsadó):
•HKE ETSZ tagság (pártoló, vagy rendes)
•Magyar állampolgárság
•Motivációs levél: max fél A/4-es oldal terjedelemben, de minimum 100 karakter. Tartalmaznia kell a kapcsolatot a fajtához, kuvasztartóhoz, van tenyésztő kennelhez. Szakmai vagy humán képességek listája, amelyekkel kapcsolódik. Célkitűzéseket ismertesse, amelyeket szeretne elérni a segítőként való részvétellel. Mi az Ön elvárása a kapcsolódástól? (Fizetéskiegészítés, diplomamunka, gyakorlat megszerzése későbbi tenyésztői munkához, stb) Nemzetközi kölyökigénylés esetén az adott ország HUKOSZ-MESZ partner-képviselet, működő telephely, megbízott képviselőjénnek támogatásával adható be.
4. Kuvasztartóként:
•HKE ETSZ tagság (pártoló, vagy rendes)
•Magyar állampolgárság
•Magyarországi bejelentett lakcím, amely a kuvasz tartási helye is most, vagy az lenne.
•Már meglévő kuvaszai adatai: származási igazolás (Regisztrációs lap, bármely korábbi ETSZ által érvényesített igazolások is!), tk nélküli kuvasz esetében - oltási könyv adatoldalak fotózva, vagy szkennelve, oldali és szemből kép a kutyáról, esetleg videó. Tk nélküli kuvasz esetében kérünk írásban minden adatot, amely ismerhető a kutya felmenőiről (Előnyt jelent az elbírálásnál, ha bejelenti, hogy kik a szülei, ki tenyésztette, hol és mikor, valamint ha meg lehet ismerni bármely felmenő származási lapját, oltási könyveit, stb.)
•Motivációs levél: max. fél A/4-es oldal terjedelemben, de minimum 100 karakter. Tartalmaznia kell a személyes elkötelezettség mibenlétét, a kuvasz tartásával kapcsolatos személyes elképzeléseket, funkciót. Nemzetközi kölyökigénylés esetén az adott ország HUKOSZ-MESZ partner-képviselet, működő telephely, megbízott képviselőjénnek támogatásával adható be.
5. Céges kölyökigénylőként:
•HKE ETSZ tagság (pártoló, vagy rendes)
•Képviselő magyar állampolgársága.
•Magyarországi bejelentett cím, telephely, amely a kuvasz tartási helye most, vagy az lenne.
•Cégbejegyzési és banki adatok.
•Már meglévő kuvasz esetén a kutya származását igazoló bármilyen okirat és/vagy oltási igazolás adatlapi része fotózva, vagy szkennelve.
•Motivációs pályázati levél: max. fél A/4-es oldal, min. 100 karakter. Ismertetni kell a tervezett kuvasz, vagy a meglévő kuvasz funkcióját a vállalkozásban (területőrzés, telepőrzés, állatok mellett, egyéb). Ha van korábbi gyakorlat kutya alkalmazásával (bármilyen fajta) annak ismertetését is kérjük. Nemzetközi kölyökigénylés esetén az adott ország HUKOSZ-MESZ partner-képviselet, működő telephely, megbízott képviselőjénnek támogatásával adható be.
A Hunnia Kuvasz Egyesület ETSZ Elhelyezési és Tenyésztői Programja által kínált előnyök:
•Állami és közösségi megbecsülés, elismerés, szakmai siker, kreatív tevékenység.
•Aktív életmód, támogatott sport és szabadidős tevékenységek családilag, kutyával és anélkül.
•Támogatás a kölyökbeszerzésben (financiális, tanácsadói, közvetítői).

•Arányos, a kuvaszok egyéni teljesítményét önmagában elismerő értékelési és díjazási rendszer.

•Országos lefedettség. Többpontos irányítási rendszer. Mentorhálózat a kinológiai és a sport-szabadidős tevékenységekhez egyaránt.
•Ingyenes és kedvezményes szakmai kiadványok.
•Kuvaszosoknak kuvaszos ügyekben ingyenes jogi tanácsadás.
•Vis major keret.
A pályázatok bírálata: A HKE ETSZ Elhelyezési és Tenyésztői Programjának bírálatát a HKE ETSZ Elnöke, az egyesület Tenyésztésvezetője, a HKE ETSZ Tenyésztői Tanács egy további küldötte, a támogatószervezetek egy-egy képviselője véleményezi, bírálja. A bírálat 2-6 hétig tart függően a helyzet és esettanulmányok elkészültétől. (Az időszak kitolható indokolt esetben.) A bírálati időszak a teljes dokumentáció beérkezésétől számított első napon kezdődik! A bírálat eredményéről a HKE ETSZ Titkársága a döntés megszületését követően 5-10 munkanapon belül hivatalos levelet küld a pályázók által megadott elektronikus kommunikációs címre. A pályázatok beadhatók a Program indulásának első napjától folyamatosan a fent leírt szabályok szerint: 2020.01.01-től. A bírálatokkal kapcsolatban fellebbezni 15 naptári napon belül lehet (ld. Fegyelmi és Etikai Szabályzat) a HKE ETSZ Felügyelő Bizottságához: iroda@hunniakuvasz.org email címen, vagy postai úton.
A HKE ETSZ Elhelyezési és Tenyésztői Program kiemelt célja a kuvasz hungarikum kutyafajta kulturális és génmegőrzése, az eredeti feladatkörből eredő képességek alapján a fajta pozitív képének és jövőjének megalapozása. A pályázók elfogadják, hogy jelen pályázat csak a Hunnia Kuvasz Egyesület ETSZ tagságával érhető el. Egyben vállalják annak addig való fenntartását, ameddig a pályázatban való részvételük tart. Egyben elfogadja minden jelentkező, hogy sikeres pályázat esetén a csatlakozást követően a HKE ETSZ Tenyésztői Tervét és Szolgáltatási rendjét, az Egyesület Alapszabályát, illetve a Szervezeti és Működési Szabályzatát, továbbá egyéb szabályzatait ismeri, ezek mentén működik szakmai és erkölcsi értelemben egyaránt. A leírás az ET Program ismertetője, kiajánlása és szabályzatának magyarázata, annak része. A csatolt támogatási díjtáblázat (elérhető financiális támogatásokat mutatja be) és a szerződés formula a dokumentáció része. Az ET Program támogatásai edukációs, szakmai kiadvány illetve egyéb tulajdon tárgy továbbá felszerelés jellegűek, mentorálási, és financiálisak egyaránt, vagy kombinálva mindezek lehetnek. Az ET Program tagsága a feltételek fennállása esetén a szolgáltatások pályázatainak beadásával kezdeményezhető szóban vagy írásban, és a szolgáltatások rendelkezésére bocsátásával létesül. Az ET Programból a résztvevők bármikor kiléphetnek, azonban az idő előtt történő kilépés esetén elszámolási kötelezettség áll fenn. Elszámoláskor a mindekor érvényes díjtáblázat adatait kell figyelembe venni, illetve tenyészegyed, avagy kölyök esetén az ún. „kivásárlási értéket” a HKE ETSZ minőségbiztosítási szempontjai alapján, a ráfordítások és a képviselt genetikai érték alapján állapítja meg a tenyésztőszervezet. Minősített Kennelek Támogatási Programja A HKE ETSZ kennel minősítési rendszerében minősítésre került kuvasz tenyésztői kennelek és azok tevékenysége tulajdonosukon keresztül, de HKE ETSZ szervezeti tagsággal nem rendelkező tenyésztők részére is elérhető 2025.10.01-től. Ők is 100% intenzitással részesülhetnek az ET Program szolgáltatásaiból, támogatási kereteiből.
Ennek igénybevételéhez egy nyilatkozatot kell beadniuk, amelyben az alábbiaknak kötelezően szerepelniük kell:
-nyilatkozat meglévő bármely a fajtában aktív ETSZ szervezeti tagságról (bármely szervezetnél létesült tagságot elfogadunk, amelynek éves megújítottságát igazolni kell az adott szervezet belső szabályai szerint (legkésőbb az adott naptári év március utolsó napjáig, vagy a beadott pályázatával egy időben) tagsági kártyával, igazoló levéllel, stb.

Within the framework of our supported program, you can get in touch with our breeders and get the most suitable new family member, a compagnion, a colleague, the Kuvasz puppy who will be the treasures of your house and the guardian of your family for many years. At the same time, as a responsible citizen, you also help the survival of the breed and the growth of its genetic diversity. Our breeders and professionals will be by your side at all times. We appreciate your intention if you wish to take part in the initiative of the Hunnia Kuvasz Association (HKE ETSZ). The Kuvasz is one of our oldest dog breeds, which carries a thousand-year-old heritage. Today, its number has decreased critically, the annual increase does not ensure the quality of the population and, most importantly, its culture has almost completely disappeared. Its areas of application have been reduced to a minimum. Historically, the breed is a national treasure of our national heritage with a solid character, healthy, efficiently maintainable, imposing and radiating nobility, capable of providing outstanding performance as a companion of man in many areas of use. The Program of the Hungarikum Dog Breed was established with the aim of increasing the number of Kuvasz individuals, improving the quality of the population, participating in the restoration of the biodiversity of the Hungarikum dog breed, in order to develop and provide a reinterpreted social space, and to develop a full-fledged social acceptance for the breed. This can only be achieved through cooperation and a common will. The HKE ETSZ ET Program is operated with the involvement of people who undertake the keeping and employment of the Kuvasz, who, in addition to being happy to live and work with the Kuvasz, consider it important to contribute to the preservation and development of the breed. That is why the HKE ETSZ ET Program is expected by everyone, it is available to everyone who wants to do something. We have thought of families, people living in gardens and family houses, the interests of SMEs, primary producers and farmers active in agriculture, those living in the world of farms, those interested in active tradition preservation, etc. To this end, the professional leadership of the Hunnia Kuvasz Association ETSZ developed the ET Program, for which it received broad social support, both from the leading players of Hungarian civil life and from other public and private support forums.
The Programme is implemented in two basic ways, in parallel with each other:
- Getting to know and mobilizing the available stock.
- Placement of the puppies to be born.Both are carried out within the framework of a social responsibility program, with the professional and financial support that is usually characteristic of these programs. Membership is possible by becoming a member of the association and by making a written declaration expressing the intention to participate in the program:
- as a breeder;
- as a kuvasz keeper;
- as a helping family member or co-worker;
- as a professional partner.
The ET Program of the ETSZ is an internal program that provides the basis of our organization, so all forms of participation are tied to membership in the ETSZ association! You can find detailed information about the forms of membership on our organization's website: https://hunniakuvasz.hu From here, in the Downloads (Letöltések) menu, you can access the Entry Declaration (Belépési nyilatkozat) document, which becomes valid by filling it out and returning it, paying the annual membership fee (5,000 HUF/year/supporting membership and 6,000 HUF/year/regular membership) and, in the case of an existing dog, by sending and accepting the documentation. For breeders, a registered kennel name or a letter of intent is required, and a short application description describing the purpose of the activity in a maximum of 300 words. The data of the kennel must be communicated and eligibility must be verified. HKE ETSZ regular membership is required. For breeders, apart from moral appreciation, they can only get support available within the framework of this program. By joining the ET Program, the HKE accepts its Breeding Plan, within which it must operate in parallel with the entry into the ET Program. He keeps in touch with the Breeding Manager and his delegates, his designated mentors. He receives mentoring and help from him and our invited professionals. We organize trainings and professional days where you can acquire the knowledge necessary for successful breeding. We help your work with publications. We advise you on legal issues free of charge, you can use our basic document formulas and we ensure your advocacy. All our breeding members are automatically members of the ETSZ Breeding Council of the HKE ETS. We would like to support the process of becoming a breeder and the further establishment of quality breeding stocks, in parallel with the strengthening of the kennels that started their operation earlier. For those who are entrepreneurs or Kuvasz keepers, it is recommended to be a supporting or regular member of the HKE ETSZ.
As a kuvasz keeper, you can join with your existing registered or even unregistered dog. You have to send us your application in a maximum of 300 words in writing, sometimes at an oral hearing, in which you present the dog and your own motivation for participation. We are happy to receive pictures and videos of the Kuvasz. The HKE ETSZ accepts both Kuvasz and non-Kuvasz with or without a pedigree. And we accept as valid the complete documentation issued by previous state-recognized breeding organizations certifying the origin. (e.g.: Hungária Kuvasz Klub pedigree sheets) If you don't have a kuvasz yet, but would like to join, we can help you by making your introductory motivation letter available to the breeding members of the HKE ETSZ and you can also reach the puppies born with them. You will discuss the details with them, and our organization will help you through mediation. As a fresh Kuvasz breeder, as a member of the HKE ETSZ ET Program, we provide access to the puppy that has come to you free of charge from our publications, which inform you about questions concerning the breed. The quality guarantee is primarily given by the breeder of the dog for the puppy he has bred. The ETSZ breeders of the Hunnia Kuvasz Association unanimously embrace the moral and breeding principles (see: Disciplinary and Ethical Regulations and Code of Ethics) that the Association represents. The HKE ETSZ undertakes quality assurance for the content of the program and the deliverables. The primary mentors of the new Kuvasz owners will be the breeder of the dog (and/or the mentor appointed by the breeding organization) and the Breeding Manager of the NDE ETSZ. He is constantly receiving help with keeping, feeding and veterinary care issues of the Kuvasz. The range of these subsidies is constantly expanding. Our members receive information at least once a month in the form of a newsletter. You can take part in our community programs (family days and professional competitions, general assembly, educations and trainings, etc.) and experience active minutes together with Kuvasza and other Kuvaszos. You will receive support for your healthy lifestyle, but not only you, but also your family and veterinarian! As a helping family member, you can be a supporting member and receive the discounts that you can read on the https://hunniakuvasz.hu website in connection with the supporting membership. It is important to appreciate the work of the helpers, as without them there would be no quality Kuvasz keeping and breeding.
You can also be an institutional supporter. The so-called. In CSR, i.e. social responsibility programs, it is of paramount importance that volunteering can be carried out in the long run for society as an activity that represents and saves values. Providing the necessary financial background for the civil sphere, in our case for the preservation and restoration of the culture of the Kuvasz Hungaricum dog breed is one of the noblest goals. Our foreign representation program aims to map the Kuvasz abroad and to include it in the pedigree. The reason for this is that in many parts of the world, flocks are registered under the name Kuvasz, but none of them are controlled, usually their quality is low, and in the quality assurance system of the Kuvasz dog breed it is difficult or consists of individuals that carry and inherit inappropriate characteristics. The primary interest of the Kuvasz, Hungarian dog breed is the international organization of breeding and the creation of the necessary structural, organizational and financial conditions for this purpose. On 03.01.2025, the ETS Presidium decided to transform and expand the ET Program in order to be able to serve these goals as well. The description of the ET Programme must also be available in English from January 2026 at the latest. The description and other background materials will become effective and valid after the approval of the Board. The activities of the HKE ETSZ are regulated by the Hungarian state, binding on everyone within the borders of the country (not only the membership, but also the owners and breeders of the Kuvasz breed) on the basis of the Breeding Program approved for us by the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary. Participants in international activities: HUKOSZ-Hungarian Dog Breeds Association's (HUKOSZ-MESZ) Judicial Body, support program, foreign representation system, communication and PR activities. + Partners, contracted employees. Conditions of participation in the Placement and Breeder Program of the HKE ETSZ in case of requesting a puppy or registering an existing Kuvasz:
1. To request a puppy (average):
• HKE ETSZ membership (founder, patron or ordinary)
• Hungarian citizenship
• A registered address in Hungary, which would also be the place where the Kuvasz is kept.
• Traditional, ethnography, artistic training, experience with dogs is an advantage.
• Submission of an application. 300-1000 characters, i.e. max. 1 A/4 page. With an introduction, the role of the Kuvasz received from the program in your life, a declaration that you accept the ETSZ aspirations of the Hunnia Kuvasz Association and cooperate with the directives and expectations of the ET Program. In the case of an international puppy application, it can be submitted with the support of a HUKOSZ-MESZ partner representation, operating site, or commissioned representative of the given country.
2. As a breeder:
• HKE ETSZ membership (founder, patron or ordinary)
• Hungarian citizenship
• A registered address in Hungary, which would also be the place where the Kuvasz is kept.
• Valid kennel name. This must be certified.
• The certificates of origin of the Kuvasz living in the kennel must be attached in a double-sided photo or scanned version.
• Motivation application letter, which must include the kennel's past, the breeder's breeding goal, ideas about the breed, planned matings (at least 1 planned mating) with justification. It is an advantage if the breeder writes down his expectations and needs, a list of necessary but missing tools, resources, etc., as well as which Kuvasz, which and when he wants to offer to the ET Program. The letter is up to 1 A/4 page long, but not shorter than 300 characters.
• If the kennek operates in the form of a company, the data of the company registration and the bank details must also be provided In the case of an international puppy application, it can be submitted with the support of a HUKOSZ-MESZ partner representation, operating site, or commissioned representative of the given country.
3. As a helper (family member, employee, family veterinarian, scientific expert, consultant):
• HKE ETSZ membership (supporter or ordinary)
• Hungarian citizenship
• Motivation letter: max half an A/4 page in length, but minimum 100 characters. It must include a connection to the breed, the kuvasz keeper, there is a breeding kennel. List of professional or human skills with which it is linked. Describe goals you would like to achieve by participating as a facilitator. What are your expectations from connection? (Salary supplement, diploma thesis, gaining experience for later breeding work, etc.) In the case of an international puppy application, it can be submitted with the support of a HUKOSZ-MESZ partner representation, operating site, or commissioned representative of the given country.
4. As a kuvasz keeper:
• HKE ETSZ membership (supporter or ordinary)
• Hungarian citizenship
• Registered address in Hungary, which is also the place where the Kuvasz is or would be.
• Data of your existing Kuvasz: certificate of origin (Registration form, any previous certificates validated by ETSZ!), in case of a Kuvasz without a pedigree - vaccination book data pages photographed or scanned, side and front photo of the dog, possibly a video. In the case of a Kuvasz without a pedigree, we ask for all the data that can be known about the dog's ancestors in writing (It is an advantage in the evaluation if you announce who your parents are, who bred them, where and when, and if you can get to know the pedigree, vaccination books, etc. of any ancestors.)
• Motivation letter: max. half an A/4 page, but minimum 100 characters. It must contain the nature of personal commitment, personal ideas and function related to keeping a Kuvasz. In the case of an international puppy application, it can be submitted with the support of a HUKOSZ-MESZ partner representation, operating site, or commissioned representative of the given country.
5. As a professional (company, for-profit or related non-profit organisations) puppy claimant:
• HKE ETUC membership (supporter or ordinary)
• Hungarian citizenship of the representative.
• Registered address or site in Hungary, which is or would be the place where the Kuvasz is kept.
• Company registration and bank details.
• In the case of an existing Kuvasz, the data sheet part of any document and/or vaccination certificate certifying the dog's origin should be photographed or scanned.
• Motivational application letter: max. half A/4 page, min. 100 characters. The function of the planned Kuvasz or the existing Kuvasz in the enterprise (guarding the area, guarding the colony, next to animals,other) must be described. If there is previous experience with using a dog (any breed), please also describe it. In the case of an international puppy application, it can be submitted with the support of a HUKOSZ-MESZ partner representation, operating site, or commissioned representative of the given country.

Evaluation of the applications: The evaluation of the Placement and Breeder Program of the HKE ETSZ will be commented on and judged by the President of the HKE ETSZ, the Breeding Manager of the association, an additional delegate of the HKE ETSZ Breeders' Council, and a representative of the supporting organizations. The evaluation lasts 2-6 weeks, depending on the situation and the completion of the case studies. (The period may be extended in justified cases.) The judging period starts on the first day after the receipt of the complete documentation! The ETSZ Secretariat will send an official letter about the results of the evaluation to the electronic communication address provided by the applicants within 5-10 working days after the decision has been made. Applications can be submitted continuously from the first day of the start of the Program according to the rules described above: from 01.01.2020. Appeals against the criticism can be made within 15 calendar days (see Disciplinary and Ethical Regulations) to the Supervisory Board of the HKE ETSZ at iroda@hunniakuvasz.org email address or by post.
The main goal of the HKE ETSZ Placement and Breeding Program is the cultural and gene preservation of the Kuvasz Hungaricum dog breed, and to lay the foundations for the positive image and future of the breed based on the skills arising from the original role.Applicants accept that this application is only available with the membership of the Hunnia Kuvasz Association. At the same time, they undertake to maintain it for as long as their participation in the tender lasts. At the same time, all applicants accept that in the event of a successful application, they will be familiar with the official Hungarian Breeders' Plan inaugurated by the State of Hungary for Kuvasz and Service Regulations of the HKE ETSZ, the Statutes of the Association, the Organizational and Operational Regulations, and other regulations, and will operate along these lines both professionally and morally.The description is a description of the ET Programme, its recommendation and its explanation of its rules. Participants may withdraw from the ET Program at any time, but in case of early withdrawal, there is an obligation to settle.
